God is not only able to rebuild the ruins, but He God is not only able to rebuild the ruins, but He is the Master Artist of creating something out of nothing. Join in His declaration and proclaim His word with the supreme authority of Christ, as we sit with Him in heavenly places - light over darkness, calm over chaos, peace over fear, hope over despair, order over disorder. Let the light penetrate the dark corners of our hearts, our souls, our thoughts, our minds. Let it expose everything that is hidden and let it purify us and polish us into His holy ones - consecrated, separated, set apart for His purpose. God affirms and sustains what He creates. He sees that it is good, useful, pleasant and He blesses it to prosper in its fullness and go forth to carry out His will for which it was made. Let’s let Him create our 2021. Let’s let Him do His creative work in us, our hearts, our lives, our homes, our future. Let’s surrender our human limitations and fleshly desires and let’s trust the Creator of the entire heavens and the earth to speak life and light into us this year and beyond and to shape, mould and form us and our existence for His plans and purposes.
The only source of Truth. Read it. Pursue it. Crav The only source of Truth. Read it. Pursue it. Crave it. Consume it. Devour it. Treasure it. Protect it. Experience it. Apply it. LIVE IT. “All Scripture is God-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction, for conviction [of sin], for correction [of error and restoration to obedience], for training in righteousness [learning to live in conformity to God’s will, both publicly and privately—behaving honorably with personal integrity and moral courage]; so that the man of God may be complete and proficient, outfitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work.” ‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭3:16-17‬ ‭AMP‬‬

If we think we can’t be deceived in these times, then we better have a pretty secure strategy to ensure we aren’t so easily led astray. The Bible talks more about the great falling away than it does the great harvest. If deception was so obvious then there wouldn’t be so many verses telling us how to equip ourselves against it. But it’s not as obvious as most people think. It’s subtle. Gradual. One little thing at a time which we accept and apply, only to turn back later to realise it’s been building and we’ve been led far away on the wrong path. But we walked it ourselves! We would have never taken that path if we saw the destination from the beginning! But one small piece, one small compromise, one small agreement all leads to another and before we know it we’re moulded into the culture around us instead of the consecrated, set apart, holy ones we are called to be. Deception doesn’t look how we imagine it. It often is wrapped up in a nice neat little package, it looks like ‘doing good’, it looks like ‘for the benefit of others’ but if we don’t question the agenda, question ‘who’ is actually benefiting from our ‘obedience’ and conformity, questioning if it even aligns with the unchanging Word Of God, we can so easily be deceived and led astray, believing we’re doing good. If we don’t want to be deceived then we have to guard the truth. The truth is a treasure. The truth is eternal. The truth is the antidote. The truth will set us free. The concept is, if we don’t guard it with the greatest care and all diligence, it CAN be stolen. Verse 14 says that the Holy Spirit will help us to guard this truth. And when more and more of us hold onto truth over deception, stand up for truth over compliance, adhere to truth over conformity, truth will prevail. We may be a remnant but we have a sovereign God, with a sovereign plan, a sovereign will and a great and mighty purpose. Truth is destined for victory. There is no doubt about that. The question is, will we ourselves be found standing with truth in the end.
